In “We Have a Ghost” (dir. Christopher Landon, 2023), after finding a ghost with a murky past haunting their new house, a family becomes internet sensations — and the targets of a shadowy government agency.

Longtime fans of the iconic Jennifer Coolidge will know her from legendary performances in “Legally Blonde” (dir. Robert Luketic, 2001) and “American Pie” (dir. Paul Weitz, 1999), but the Boston-born comedy star has only just begun receiving critical acclaim for her recent appearances in series like “The Watcher” (creators Ryan Murphy & Ian Brennan, 2022) and “The White Lotus” (creator Mike White, 2021-2023).

In January 2023, Coolidge won her first Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Television Film for her portrayal of Tanya McQuoid in “The White Lotus” and became an overnight sensation with her endearing acceptance speech (treat yourself below).

Although she has a rather narrow role in “We Have a Ghost“, Coolidge stars alongside the talented Anthony Mackie (“8 Mile,” “Captain America,” “The Banker“) as well as exciting, budding talent Jahi Di’Allo Winston (“Proud Mary,” “The Upside“) and Isabella Russo.

“We Have a Ghost” was released in February, 2023 and is available to stream exclusively on Netflix.
