We are proud to announce that our documentary short film, “Father’s House” has been selected as one of 15 local films to screen at this year’s Shnit Short Film Festival in Cape Town (5-9 October). Hope to see you there!
In the film, an eccentric cave dweller has painstakingly transformed an abandoned railway side restaurant into an intricately decorated, multi-roomed home. A home that has served as both back drop to a Jack Parow music video and place for drifters passing through to rest and watch the full moon rise. Father’s House is a poetic exploration on what it means to have a home and what it is that binds us to it.
